Hearts of Palm Tapenade Lasagna [serves 6]

Ingredients
• 9 lasagna noodles cooked
• 25 oz jar Hearts of Palm Tapenade
• 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• 15 oz Ricotta cheese
• 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
• 3 eggs, beaten
• slat and pepper to taste

Preparation
In a bowl combine ricotta, mozzarella, parsley, eggs, salt and pepper. In a 9 x 13 baking dish layer 1/4 tapenade, noodles, 1/3 cheese mixtures, repeat 3 layers. Top with remaining tapenade, sprinkle with parmesan, cover with foil, bake 350 degrees, 50 minutes, remove foil bake 10 min.
