Hearts of Palm "Ceviche" (4 portions)


• 2 cups of hearts of palm sliced
• 1 avocado
• ¼ cup of lemon juice
• ½ cup of orange juice
• ½ chopped onions
• ½ chopped sweet pepper
• 1 finely chopped jalapeño pepper
• ½ finely chopped cilantro
• salt, black pepper and sugar


In a bowl put the lemon and orange juice. Add onions, sweet pepper, and jalapeño pepper, rest for 10 min. Then, add the heart of palm and cilantro. Flavor it with salt, black pepper and sugar. Rest for a few minutes. For serving: use a glass then a slice of avocado and repeat the process until the glass is full.
