Hearts of Palm Toasts (12 Portions)


• 6 stalks of hearts of palm
• 6 slices of bread
• Parmesan cheese (optional)
• ¼ cup of olive oil
• Aromatics herbs mixed
• Wood sticks


Take the bread slices and cut the surface. Put in every slice, olive oil and the herbs. Put the hearts of palm in the center and wrap with the bread (assure it with a wood stick). Put the wrap in a tray, already grease, and smear with olive oil. Take it to the preheated oven in 350° until the bread is toast. Withdraw of the oven, remove the sticks of wood, cut every roll in two, dust with parmesan cheese (optional) and serve.
